The essential subject in the agenda was the hiring of a Basic leader in the year.

Three questions were subjected to the vote: ·

  • Creation of basic leader’s post under permanent contract.
  • If yes decision to create this post by agreement(convention) with the Youth direction(management) and Sports.
  • If yes proposition of this post first and foremost to M Xavier Delreux.

The Committee answered YES these 3 questions unanimously present and represented members.

This hiring will be conditioned by the acceptance of the agreement with Youth and Sports and would come into effect in the 1ier in March, 2010.

The Committee made its material propositions to M Xavier Delreux and waits for its answer.

The Committee prepared the agenda of the General assembly which will be held on Saturday, January 16th in the office of the club.

On the occasion of the balance sheet(assessment) of the day hammer of November 15th, the members of the Committee congratulated themselves on the good behaviour of the park and on the captivating aspect of the club.

Afterward a workgroup met for it.

Le sujet essentiel à l’ordre du jour était l’embauche d’un Chef de base à l’année.

Trois questions ont été soumises au vote :

  • Création d’un poste de Chef de base en contrat à durée indéterminée
  • Si oui décision de créer ce poste par convention avec la Direction de Jeunesse et Sports
  • Si oui proposition de ce poste en priorité à M Xavier Delreux

Le Comité a répondu OUI à ces 3 questions à l’unanimité des membres présents et représentés.

Cette embauche sera conditionnée par l’acceptation de la convention avec Jeunesse et Sports et prendrait effet au 1ier mars 2010.

Le Comité a fait ses propositions matérielles à M Xavier Delreux et attend sa réponse.

Le Comité a préparé l’ordre du jour de l’Assemblée Générale qui se tiendra le Samedi 16 janvier au siège du club.

A l’occasion du bilan de la journée marteau du 15 novembre,les membres du Comité se sont félicités de la bonne tenue du parc et de l’aspect engageant du club.

Par la suite un groupe de travail s’est réuni pour la préparation du National ClassA qui se tiendra en mai 2010 .
